layout/graphics looks fine.. well done

(1 tip tho.. make links on left side a bit bigger.. maybe have a collapsing link bar.. mouseover or click expands the difrrent link catagories)

Cool thang!

Just some idea's..

Put all the markup in a CSS, and make some id's or classes so it will be easier to maintain.
Think about using a dynamic site, use a Content Management System (CMS) for example if you're not allready doin that.
Rethink about HTML 4.0 Transitional. Even that one validates for around 80 errors against W3C

Aye, so far so good. Site still looks a bit "new" but if it continues to build it should be a great site. Overall, great work.
