Sorry guys, i no ive been told to fish before but im at school at the moment and stuff. And have 3 hours on the comp at home so ya...

Im planning on making a new lvl 75 Fixer twink, planning on using 1, maybe 2 QL100 Blackbirds (QL101-103 if possible.)

Can someone possibly tell me the QL implants, buffs, items i might need, and a estimated amount of credits i might need?

Or... possibly help me power level it (i tend to accidently turn a non-gimp fixer, meaning i raise the right skills, but it ends up being gimp. :( ) and help me get the items and buffs required for that twink. I play on RK2-Rimor and my mains name is Otdude, message Incellie or maybe Lestiamu if im not on Otdude.

Or you can message me on this site, but i cant guarantee i'll be on much.

First of all: Froob or SLoob? That's a world of difference right there (although most SLoobs would go for Perenniums anyway).

It is difficult to dual-wield Blackbirds, even at QL 100. The Multi-Ranged requirement is 500. Base Multi-Ranged for a 75 Solitus Fixer if you max it out is 341 (343 if Opifex, not much higher). There are no outside Multi-Ranged buffs for Froobs, and the only item that adds MR for a Froob Fixer at 75 is the Juggler's Treat for +10 (there are other items for SLoobs and other professions). This would mean making up 149 points of MR, or QL 139 implants. One issue is that Bright MR conflicts with Bright Burst. I hope you have a friend with Riot Control.

As for your other slots, you'll need to make custom 130-140s, as many Agility-based implants as you can muster. SMG will probably be implanted in the Right Arm and Chest.

ya, i planned on makeing a opifex for the evades.

as for RC, i can get Otdude (my soldier) to get mooch and a 132 if nessesary (im sadly gimp in the nano skils so i cant cast it even at lvl 118) and other then that... Im a froob :( so that will take a bit. also, i dont need 2 dual weild it, i can always get another gun. Ive heard that it takes the lower gun multi ranged to dul weild something, like a 100 bb and a 42 russian good-day can be dual weilded with only the skill in it for the russian good-day.

if not though, i dont have 2 dual weild, i rather not anyway, sometimes a waste of a skill cuz most guns arnt dual weild for SMG.
