AO is the main topic, but you can also talk about things like the latest console game you've played, web comics, movies, music, etc. as they pertain to your AO experience.

Pretty much, yes. And RST is basically UTC (it'd be too complex if we were to organize events based on the real hour in game, since the RK day is longer than 24h).

I believe originally Rubi-Ka was supposed to have either 23 or 26 hrs a day, but I guess as times went by and people started to keep track of time in-character the community decided it was best to make it 24hrs a day to match the RL time and date.
FC did not correct them =D

I seem to remember that in the old GUI, there was a little part at the bottom of the screen that gave the RK hour. I haven't even paid attention to whether it's still in or not, come to think of it.

A Rubi-Ka day consists of 27 hours
1 RL minute is 15 Rubi-Ka minutes meaning 4 RL minutes = 1 Rubi-Ka hour.
You can get the Rubi-Ka time with the following command:
/played
Time: 12:12 local (11:12 GMT), 12:20 game
Local is obvious, the GMT one is the one usually referred to as RKST and the last one is only used to control how high the moons and suns are on the sky, as it is too complicated to keep track on, as days go by so fast.
Kind Regards
