Omni-Tek BoD problem

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: dimension_select() in /usr/virtualweb/omni-tek.org/html/includes/usercp_register.php on line 1071

this error is given if you try to register a new account. I would like to register on Omni-Tek BoD to report a player to omni-pol as a Traitor/Spy for the clans.
