Team level formula?

Ok, so I know that the various bots in the game can do it; but since I don't have access to them at the moment, is there a specific formula to determine what levels you can team with and what level missions you can pull at x level?

Specifically I'm looking at level 20, but if there is a formula I would really be interested in knowing it.

Not as far as I know...

However, everyone has access to helpbot...

/tell helpbot !missions ##
/tell helpbot !level ##

The first one will tell you what missions you can pull at certain levels and the second one tells you what PvP and teams you can do... (substitute ## for the specific level) (it may be !mission, not sure off hand).

The bots aren't always right, sometimes there's a level or 2 either way, particularly at the lower levels.

I know everyone has access to Helpbot (and Org bots will do it as well, at least mine does), but I'm at work and I don't have access to either, so I was just wondering.
