We provide ONE forum for any org in any server, this forum is PUBLIC, not private.

It is quite easy to use PM's within the forum to do private planning. We just require that such forum be active, since we want to provide an active forum for players to interact at AOU. Also it works well for you to crosspromote your guild at your own forum and the General Discussion forum here.

PM me if you want a forum, with the org name, server and what you want as the forum description, and which registered users you want as moderators.

PS: AOU Moderators also mod your forums, since it's public we want to keep it all nice an civil =D
