Those items don't upgrade weapons. They are used for building them from scratch. Those items are sold in shops and since there's extremly limited ql you can use at each process, they are rather useless. There are some nice items that req tutoing to equip. But if you aren't tradeskiller, don't bother...and even if you are, you can neglect it. But frankly, this skill is Ip trap.

Theay are still used at Wine ninjas and occasionally at city AI raids. Guess they would work at some other raids too, like Mercs, HI and Ljotur, where peeps pull mobs to certain area.
