Ok, so... Can you actually log into the accounts page? The old one is no longer active, just the crappy new one... To be active (ignoring the fr00bs), you need: 1/ An attached payment method. 2/ An active account. Which means a suitable card attached to each, and you have to reactivate each account....

Somewhere on the accounts page, there's a link that will send all your account names to you in an E-Mail, if that helps...

Probably not much used to you now, but we just used to wipe them all and wait for respawn. Seemed to work ok.
