unfortunately I don't have FTP access, so will have to wait until WG or Uk come online and upload it. BTW, I've also added a button to the GUI menu to allow you to revert back to the default GUI**, and it also includes a copy of the 18.2 clean GUI **you will need to type in the script command (in re...

imo Nortons, McAfee and 99.9% of freebie AVs have turned into the very thing they were trying to prevent. Norton was great pre version 2004, but then Symantec decided to "pimp my ride for poor people" it by removing its power and putting glossy gfx on it. want a decent AV? get CA eTrust 8.1 corporat...

I was toying with the idea of writing up a pistol MP guide, but tbh I've forgotten what I did in some parts during the 4+ yrs of playing one, and the first 100ish lvls I was stumbling around blind as it was my first character.

simple answer: the new engine isn't out yet, and so new tech gfx cards can't currently be detected by AO due to it still running on DX7. I run it using a GTX260, and force AO to use AA using the nVidia control panel. I do get gfx glitches too in populated zones. You'll find lots of threads about thi...

you'd have to extract the original icon from the original texture DB, then extract the AOU mod texture DB (there are 4 variants used, so you need to do 1 or all), replace the AOU mod mouse cursor image with the original, then recompile the AOU Mod texture DB

Kyr Shotties are by far the best full expansion weapons to go for before you can equip a salabim supremo imo, this is due to the fact that the recharge of the salabim only hits the same as the kyr @ QL300, and the dmg is more or less the same pre 300. The only other oprion is going Silverback, but i...

My advice: Start off by acquiring as much treatment and ability buffing items as you can. This will then help you towards the first step of twinking: Symbiants and Implants: You'll want to get as high as possible QL symbs/imps in before you start equipping armour/weapons, as these do not get effecte...

yeah GL with that, I've managed to pick up only 1 weird looking Continuous Reconstruction nano in about 9+ months of farming Ado statics and Tinker Tower. The fact that the statics are more often or not already farmed by someone else looking for the same item (or the other rare nanos), be prepared f...
