The sleeve that drops from Abmouth in the RK5 2021 birthday event has a Level 205 lock on it (unfortunately for my Froob T/S Trader).

You have to target self and right click the device to be warped back to Ryker. Just clicking it itself does nothing. It's also on the same cool-down as all of your normal beacons.
