Just noticed the description for the sided Shoulderpads Quest specifies the quests are for Omnis & Clans but that ignores Neutrals. Neutrals not only can do the sided Shoulderpads Quest, Neutrals can do the quest from each sides and wear both sided pads at the same time.

If you're talking pure numbers there's no issue, besides pwnage does not come from say - winning a fight 7 to 1. True pwnage is all about style, substance and staying power which clearly leaves one obvious choice and a choice Funcom never really envisioned as a true decision - Neutrals.
