The Alien Defense System (nukers) spawned by Alpha - Cha Khazon Ra cannot be killed. You need to kite them, but they are very easily stopped by AoE snares. The Larvae adds can very easily be AoE mezzed. If you have a crat in your team this boss is a joke, you can clean up the Larvae after the fight.
