Also my level 161 doc could NOT get the Malah quest. The only dialog option was "I fear nothing" which leads to the catacombs quest.

I used my 190 MP and my 209 fixer for this quest.

The MP was NOT given the choice about "overcome your fear" but I could pull the quest in the catacombs.

The fixer could not speak to the Yutto at all.

The level range for the catacombs might be below 200. For the Malah below 190.
