How do you respec a single skill? I select the skill and then click the 'i' in the upper left of the window and select 'Reset single skill', a pop-up window appears and I select 'Yes' and it ask me if I'm sure I want to use the respec and I click 'yes'. I'm wondering what the low level sheets & bolts are useful for if anything, like QL 1-20'ish. I know the QL50+ are for perennium weapons but as far as I know the lowest QL nano-charged gun is QL50.
