I take it the chip only drops from a certain level? I have been doing lots of mish's with my level 10 soldier and have seen a few human mob traders. As of yet though, none of them dropped the chip

Another question. This time about the Advanced Salesmans Hat. The guide I found stated I needed a Salesmans Chip, which drops from any "Trader mob".

Now, does this mean any mob that a Trader encounters? or a mob that IS a trader?

I've since found the helmet drops in the subway, as well as the gloves, and pants. Although I have not seen the boots as yet.

If the armour is not that good, even when levelled. Is there any other type of armour that a lvl 24 froob should look to aquire?

You still need to go find the Visual T.R.A.C Scanner. Which drops of a Mitilated Eye. Give that to Bobic. That should finish the quest
