LD with new patch

The last patch has made my graphics card go berserk. Anytime I'm in a team (lots of screen action) I get massive lagging, and to boot, my graphics card shuts down AO. It has been happening much more frequently since the new patch, and I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Or know how to...
