Can't comment on type 4, since I have no clue which burst cycle game uses if both weapons have same specials.

The classical offhand guns would be CDR or Minielectronicum. But I'd suggest reposting this on official forums, where active docs would reply.

They are basicly the same, but ofc everybody will claim their's better.

You can try and create new char on each server, leave ICC island as soon as possible and ask some questions on main land. That way you'll see which community suits you better.
