It's already in process, most have been changed, just the ones that don't fit the automated script to go now.

Since AO Mainframe is down, would it be a huge pain to convert all the links to auno?

The id's are the same you'd just need to replace all instances of "http://www.aomainframe.info/showitem.aspx?AOID=" with "http://auno.org/ao/db.php?id="
