The part for the headwear part, Hair Care Contraption, gotten from Fritz in Neuters `r us.
Guide says Frits will give you Hair Care Contraption when you give him the Blue Boots. That is wrong. He will ask you to buy a drink from him to Imelda Dane (Standing next to the bar), witch you put on his tab.
When you give the drink you bought to Imelda, you will have the options of either telling her the drink is from Fritz, or you can let her belive it's from you. Either way will work.
If you tell her it is from Fritz, she tells you to go back to him and tell him what selfish p***k he is, at witch point he will loose his Hair Care Contraption on the floor.
Or, if you choose to let her belive the drink is from you, she ask you what you are doing around there. You'll tell her you are looking for Hair Care Contraption, and she will strike a deal for it, if you buy her a glass of whiewine. Do so from the bartender, and you get the reward.
