The guide says the Bio-Analyzing Computer need to be minimum Ql 40, but this is wrong.

I personally made a Mechanical Analyzer using a QL 15 Robot Junk and a QL 9 Bio-Analyzing Computer.

The Electrical Engineering skill need to be 3.5 times the QL of the Bio-Analyzing Computer.

I have not tested how far apart the QL can be between the Technoscavenger Mechanical Library and the Bio-Analyzing Computer, but this 9/15 relationship indicates the QL of the Bio-Analyzing Computer need to be 60% of the Library.
