More Shere Garden feedback

Hey guys :)

All the conversation bits (except for a couple, like the one that tells you to swear to Shere) can be outright skipped on each NPC you give the letter to by just clicking the "Give Item" button in the chat box and pasting the letter there. With this you can completely skip the chat that Xum-Ixi tries to rope you into having with him.
