Skills locked? Locked how? What I mean is, if I buff them before entering, will I lose them once inside, or will they remain at that level until I exit even if they run out, or do they lock to a specific set number?

It should be noted that once inside, your psycho modi and sensory improvement skills will be locked. At least that is the case fo clanners.
