The really important items to loot while here are actually the odd ones. GTA and Keeper's Vitality, which I see people camping all the time, are crap at later levels (and also at low levels too, IMO! Large Sparkle Plate from a booth in Borealis is much better than GTA). Meanwhile Bloodleech Ring provides 3% immunity to NT doubles and Ring of Memory Loss/Barrow Strength provide 2% and 1% immunity to stuns, and I have several characters who I wish hadn't deleted these items, they could have been useful in some duels etc. Also Notum Splice which is a great imp for left wrist, possibly forever if you play purely PVM.
Nem's eye could be worth camping, if you are one of the few profs who might favor 50 NR over normal eye symbiant/implant mods. I would say NT and maybe some infantry classes might qualify.
Brain...eh. Although getting all abilities in brain looks awesome on paper, keep in mind you get more int or psy + sense from an implant, and theres no treatment in the brain. And brain is usually one of the harder symbiants left to twink (mostly for atroxes). It might have some use for froobs but I don't really think the brain is worth camping for too long. I have it on several of my characters and have never, ever used it to equip other stuff ;p
