Shoulderpads Quest

Just noticed the description for the sided Shoulderpads Quest specifies the quests are for Omnis & Clans but that ignores Neutrals. Neutrals not only can do the sided Shoulderpads Quest, Neutrals can do the quest from each sides and wear both sided pads at the same time.

Fixed. There was info for neutrals in guide itself, but yes, description would lead neutrals to skip it alltogether.
