Sorry that it gave you that impression, I added in that he wanders when out of concealment. I hope that helps anyone else in the future.

I got the impression from this guide Here that the leader does NOT wander, but in fact.. he does and that's why he wasn't appearing with 500+ perception and it threw me way off track, could someone add this note in please? :D
