An unusually strong sandstorm blew through the northeast side of the Avalon region, causing serious damage to the Knights Clan castle in the town of Camelot.The weather today was expected to be a bit rough, but nothing out of the ordinary was announced on the Global Weather gridfeed.
However at aproximately 5PM RST* a strong sandstorm with winds of over 100 miles per hour hit the town causing damage to roofs and the upper levels of the castle that is home to the Legacy Clan Knights of Avalon.
The storm lasted aproximately 3 hours, leaving behind streets mostly filled with parts of roofs and fallen trees.
The Knights quickly organized a clean up crew and within the hour the town was back to normal even managing somehow to repair all of the roofs.
Camelot's castle is under repair, and the Knights have asked visitors to be careful when entering the upper levels because some patch work was temporary.
One of the captains of the guard stated that it is expected full repairs to be completed within a week.
The town residents were quite satisfied with the quick response and help of the Knights. The good news is that nobody was injured during the storm and that the damage was not permanent.
