Unfortunately, this vehicle is useless to you unless you can get your Vehicle Air skill up quite high (at least 920 for QL 160 which is the lowest one available).
Almost all the items needed to make it can be found in the Towers Shop except for the Cold Stone and the Nano Programming Interface (you can find these in regular shops). You can get Cold Stone from pretty much on any mob, but the droprate is not high. Medusas seem to drop them on a regular basis, so you might want to pay a visit to the north-west area of Eastern Foul Plains.
Some of the items are extremely expensive and you might want to find a trader friend and ask him to purchase the items for you. Expect to spend nothing less than 80 million credits. So we're posting information on ql of items and skill needed to build ql 160 Stilleto in brackets below each step. Important: QL of items in brackets only apply if you ARE building ql 160 Stilleto. Otherways you need to calculate ql yourself
Now that you have all the parts, find yourself a skilled tradeskiller to assemble them. Be aware that during the following steps the tradeskilled items will become NoDrop (except the last step), which means you cannot trade them with other players. The last step allows the tradeskiller to trade the Unmarked Yalmaha 29500 - The Stiletto to the owner.
The Cold Stones must be at least 90% of the ql of the Reinforced NotuComm Wire.
You'll require 4.5x in Nano Programing and 3x in Electrical Engineering in regards to Wire (Cold Stones need to be ql 144+, Wire needs to be ql 160, you need 720 NP and 480 EE)
Keep in mind that the this will make your Stiletto NoDrop so never ever allow anyone to complete the last step!
You should now have in your possession a Yalmaha - 29500 - The Stiletto. The lower QL the better. I suggest that the first thing you do is...show off your Stiletto and make everyone around you drool in envy, hehe.
Note: Any Stiletto requires an enormous amount of skill in Vehicle Air. 920 Vehicle Air in itself is a pain to achieve, currently only a select few classes can get this baby flying simply because of the skill requirements being so high (if you have the AI or SL expansions there are items which will help you raise the skill).
