Given out in the agency offices, this mission is extremely simple and quick to do. The hardest part about it (if you're not a fixer) is getting there.

Getting To The Longest Road

If you're a fixer, you can take fixer grid exit 6-R and you'll pop out very close to where Justin Wood is waiting. If you are not a fixer, the easiest route is to travel to 2ho via the grid, then use the whompa there to get to The Longest Road, which will put you right outside of the Biomare/Foreman's office. From there you just need to follow the road west until you reach the designated position.

What You Need

Before you go anywhere with this mission, make sure to stop by any shop and grab a Burst of Speed stim. The quality level does not matter, but the last thing you want to do is get all of the way there and then realize that you have to go back to a city and then back to the location again.

At this point, make your way to the client, Justin Wood, and have a brief conversation with him that ends in you giving him the burst of speed stim.

A rather worried-looking young man paces back and forth in front of you, grumbling to himself and occasionally glancing toward the light-red terraforming border a few feet away. As you draw closet he looks toward you, a bit of a scowl on his face:
Justin: Don't tell me you got suckered in by this crap too?
You: Um... no. I'm here from the Agency - We had a call from this area?
Justin: Great, maybe you can help me get out of this hellhole, then. Look - You got anything that'll help me run back to the nearest grid terminal any quicker? I heard there's some stims that'll help with leg muscles - "Burst of Speed" or some crap - but I don't have any on me.
You: As a matter of fact, I have one right here.
Justin: Oh, hey, awesome - You mind tossing it over?

This mission finishes itself without the need to return to the office where you obtained it. The NPC also does not despawn, so you don't have to worry about getting there just after someone else and having to wait.
