In addition to the Basic Conductors you can get from the Tower Shops, there are some that needs to be tradeskilled with the use of a wide variety of items, most of which can be gotten from the Tower Shop itself.

So let us get started with the items you will need to make these Conductors:

Cloud of Polychromic Nanobots	Drops from Omni mobs in Avalon and Clan mobs in Wailing Wastes.
Guardian Conductor Building Kit	Can be found in random QLs up to QL250 from the Tower Shops, can also be found in chests in RK missions.
HSR Compressed Regenerating Bioplate	Buyable from both the Tower Shops and from Uncle Bazzit in Meetmedere.
Conductor of Corruption Program Conductor of Focus Program Conductor of Funneling Program Conductor of Juggling Program Conductor of Learning Program Conductor of Plunder Program Conductor of Presence Program Conductor of Talent Program	The Conductor Programs can be bought in random QLs from the Tower Shop as well as chest loot from missions. Note: The Conductor Program is what determines the final QL of your conductor.

As you may have noticed, there are a wide variety of Conductor Programs available, all of which are not available from the Pre-Made towers terminal.
