1. You can roll it! - While not easily rollable, if you are able to roll and blitz a level 200 Rubi-Ka mission, you might get lucky and earn one.

2. You can buy it! - These can occasionally be found in the Weapon Shops across Rubi-Ka.

Note: While you can buy the typed Hot-Swappable Bladestaff - 070 (QL 1-300) in the Weapons Terminals in any Fair Trade shop, the most 2he they can give you is 45 at QL 300, and it takes roughly 500 more 2he to equip.


3. You can tradeskill it! - With a little elbow grease and some decent tradeskills (or someone else with them), you can make one in 15 minutes (including gathering the parts).

Note: You don't need this Manual to construct the weapon since we will list everything you need here, but if you still want one, you can find it in any regular Superior Shop in the Trade section. They are found in the Melee Weapon Recipes - Basic machines.

• The Two Handed Edged Weapons Construction Kit needs to be QL 200. The remaining items need to be at least 10% of the kit's QL.
  
• The cluster must be a Shining 2he (Right Arm).

• All of the items above are available from the Advanced and Superior ICC Weapon Supplies terminals in the Trade Section of any Fair Trade shop. The except is the 2h Edged Cluster which can be found in ICC Implant Shops located across Rubi-Ka.
