Yet again the Fixer Shop provides a crucial part for trade skills. This time in the form of Worn ICC Cloaks. The shop always sells every type of them, of QL somewhere inbetween QL50 and QL100. They cost 750k credits with really low Computer Literacy.Faction: All Factions

Items you will need besides a Cloak:
Nano Programming Interface is sold in Tools Terminal, Inactive OT Metamorphing Liquid Nanobots are sold in Armor and Clothing Components Terminal at general stores. Nanobots need to be at least 90% of the QL of the Cloak. You're still missing one ingredient, namely Notum. It doesn't matter in what form is it, can be a Notum Chip, Notum Fragment or even Enriched Notum Nugget (you'll need to break this one in order to use it). Notum is found in chests, it also drops from mobs (we would recommend Foreman's Office) and must be at least 90% in QL of Inactive OT Metamorphing Liquid Nanobots.
