Before you head out to the three alien playfields, you might want to read up on what the drops do, which upgrade guns, which can turn your boots/glasses into Inf/Pen rings, which make the new helms, etc. This is the loot which the bosses of each sector drops. Covered are Sector 13, 28 and 35.

APF General Boss Loot

These items are dropped by each APF encounter boss

Combine with Nano Programming Interface and it will make Upgraded Controller Recompiler Unit which is a 100% CRU.

This item can be turned in for 4 million credits or 10 tokens.

The following note was originally in this guide, but as far as I have heard it was fixed with a later patch and is only kept in case the NPC remembers this bad joke:

Chat with each NPC on site to see which gives credits or tokens. If you turn these in and you're 220, it will say: Side Tokens Collected: 0.
Your total collection of tokens are intact however, just an FYI.

Description: A smooth red sphere which is said to contain unknown data. This example was recovered from Field Marshal - Cha'Khaz in Sector 35.

Get one of these from every sector and trade them to the Unicorn Access Supervisor near the entrance of Sector 42. He will give you a Decrypted Kyr'Ozch Data Core. This Data Core has two uses: it is the entrance key for Sector 42 and also works as a teleporter if you are in ICC HQ.

Description: A helmet from a Kyr'Ozch battlesuit. This can be turned in for a bounty.
Turn this in to the Omni-Tek Observer or the Clan Liaison upstairs by the bar for the Clan Merits - Paragon or Omni-Tek Award - Exemplar

Get your Clan Merits - Paragon from him.

Get your Omni-Tek Award - Exemplar from him.

APF Sector 13 special loot

Description : A module which predicts the actions of entities. It can be used to upgrade certain Molybdenum helmets, Knight helmets, or Combined Headwear of quality level 250 or greater.

Description : A series of valves which reconfigure themselves, allowing for waste products of reactions to be reused for a variety of purposes. It can be used to upgrade an Excellent Sleek Cannon, the Lord of Angst, or Kyr'Ozch Rifles (Type 2 or 3) of quality level 250 or greater.

Description : This is an interesting gadget, found within the biosuit of an alien invader. It seems to be a storage unit of some sorts, made of cellular material similar to the makeup of the aliens themselves, almost as though the gadget was more grown than built. Of particular note are several interfacing ports on the outer edges of the device, which appear as though they could interface with some form of circuit board.

YESDROP as of 18.6.2
Description : This is a lump of jelly-like... stuff. You're not entirely sure what in the world it could be used for, and picking it up seems inherently gross on a number of levels, but for some reason your NCU seems to think that there's something important about it. Go figure.

APF Sector 28 special loot

Description: A belt which adjusts the inertial properties of items that a person is wielding in their hands. It can be used to improve the Diamondine Kick Pistol or Murder Mauls of quality level 250 or greater. It can also be used to create a new NCU platform if one adds data storage and a compiler. The platform will not be usable until it is activated by an unknown substance.
Makes Hadrulf's Viral Belt Component Platform and it can automatically upgrades the described weapons to QL 300 as well, please look at APF Loot Tradeskills for the process.

Description: A unit which uses trace quantities of notum to strengthen the power of energy flows. It can be used to upgrade the Augmented Hellspinner Shock Cannon, Aquarius's Multitask Calculator or a Kyr'Ozch Carbine (Type 5, 12, or 13) of quality level 250 or greater.
Automatically upgrades the described weapons and utility to QL 300.

Description: This is a piece of circutry ripped from the biosuit of an alien invader. Interestingly enough, the design is relatively easy to understand, and doesn't seem all that different from the sort of circutry found within more familiar technology. In fact, it's entirely possible you might be able to work with it if disassembled.

YESDROP as of 18.6.2
Description: The crystal held in your hands is shaped like a hollow square, lines etched into its surface that seem to catch the light in odd ways. Though the crystal is hollow, you can't seem to find any way to actually access the interior - Even deep scans show no holes or gaps within its surface.

APF Sector 35 special loot

Description: A unit which splits energy flows. It can be used to upgrade a Vektor ND Dragon, the Lava Protection Boots and Skin Galvanizer, or to modify a Kyr'Ozch Energy Rapier - Type 992 of quality level 250 or greater.

Description: A unit which acts to change the refractive qualities of surfaces. It can be used to upgrade Concrete Cushions of quality level 10 or greater, Hyper-Radiation Protection Skin and Glasses, or to improve a Viral Targeting Subunit of quality level 250 or greater for use in a Salabim Shotgun.

Description: This vial contains a swirling set of very odd nanobots, found from the corpse of an alien invader. Despite the best attempts from your NCU, you can't quite seem to make out exactly what the nanites within are supposed to be doing.
Used within new nano tradeskill process, please see APF Nano Guide

Description: This is a strange unit found within the biosuit of an alien invader. The best that you can tell is that it is used in the processing of strong nanoformulae, designed to alter the flow of the nanobots in a fashion that makes them less harmful to the end user while still maintaining their initial capabilities. Either way the unit wasn't created for use by humans, and it doesn't seem to be something you can utilize as-is, if for no other reason than the fact that it's currently empty.

YESDROP as of 18.6.2
Description: This is a programming chip taken from the biosuit of an alien invader. It appears to contain several very powerful nanoformulae scripts, but you can't figure out how to actually access them as-is.
