I have updated this guide to add a new map picture, that includes the area with the shuttles. I've also improved the formatting a bit.

Added info on solo missions
Added names and links of solo missions available through Alien Handler

added links to several team missions

Fixed the Apods and bugs links
Added this guide (Alien Agency Handler's) to Daily Missions. As the Alien Agency Handler is in the same building as the rest, made no sense he has a separate guide.

Retired this as a solo guide
