When keepers learned that their profession specific reward from Xan civilization quest in Penumbra is Blade of Khione, few were happy. Good news is that this sword can now be upgraded using Souls of the XXX, that drop from escaped prisoners. It's an easy process, which even chars without tradeskills can do:
