Last year I participated in an MMO survey in which AO was featured. The survey was for J?â?Ârg Fl?â??gge's MBA master thesis about user-content in MMORPGs. He sent me a copy not too long ago with the results, which were interesting, to say the least.

The results are certainly interesting, all I can say is that I hope he's either submitting in German (this being a German site for a presumably German university) or he's going to get a good spell-checker before he submits it.
