Anyone want to speculate about the teaser picture in AndyB's post?

seems to only have been a picture, the NPC seems a bit brokken though, the girl outside bor is there 3 times and spawns 3 adds, all one gets is that lovely bow .
From the guy that needs help with the dinner one gets the everlastnings box of chocolates.
