Thank you very much! This will certainly make my org and those who contacted me on AOSpeak very happy.

It seems like clicking "view comments" on the front page while not logged in brings you to the login page.
This is very weird though, since people who are not logged in can read the news corner on the forums.

That's probably due to how that link had to be changed so that people not logged in couldn't leave blank comments like they were able to do before.

Good spotting. That part is fixed on the news.

Also fixed/improved:
- broken thumbnail-images on guides
- downloads now can have images, applied images to those that had images before

Something I've noticed for a bit and kept forgetting to mention.. when we choose the drop down for making an off-site URL, it really should have the target="_blank" so people aren't getting yanked away from AOU if they don't mean to be.

If you haven't noticed yet, I asked Khuri to make a "super sticky" that will remain at the top of the front page and has the red to denote is as being extra important. Like a regular sticky, there can only be one super sticky at a time. Most times we won't need to use it, but as yesterday there were 4 things going on that needed news articles, being able to keep the one about Cryptic being hacked above the rest was important, without collapsing the regular sticky in the process.

Hope that makes sense, just don't check the box for super sticky unless it's something that really needs to be on top for a longer period of time. Once a news item is no longer as important, the super sticky box can be unchecked and it will be removed from the top and put back in the collapsed news with the others.

As a side note, we have our Twitter now @aouniverse and also a Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/anarchyonlineuniverse. When posting something on the Facebook page, it automatically gets sent to Twitter as well. I had worried that the character limit on Twitter would mess this up, but it displays the tweet with as much text as it can, then provides a link to the Facebook page where people can read the rest. If you guys want to join the FB page, you just click like on the page above. I can make other people admins on it, so if you think you'll need that kind of access, let me know.

And lastly... GSP and I had talked before about adding a module like they have on their site with links to launch their stream, and also to show what they are currently playing. The details on that aren't completely worked out, but let me know if that's something you guys think would be a nice addition to the site or not. I'm thinking of either placing all of that under the guide search on the left, or above the org banners on the right. I'm leaning more towards on the right, but again, let me know what you guys think.

Thanks :top:

You just click LIKE and then you get updates from it. It isn't actual joining. That would be a group if we did that, and you have to invite people to it, which for our purpose would be insane.
