I've cleaned up this guide and made the following changes:
- Restructured the guide to be more readable.
- Added waypoints to important locations, including mobs for loot.
- Removed overly elaborate description of mobs to loot from.
- Added the tradeskill process for the Sauna.
- Added warnings that the Market building is obsolete.
- Updated the text to reflect that you no longer need the Alien Invasion expansion to enter the city buildings.

Revamped
Added info regarding upkeep costs on major buildings
Made notes more visible
Added a Plot section w/ purchase and rent info
Updated sizes of building spaces
