All of the tradeskill requirements were decreased to 325. In other words, you only need 325 ME/EE/NP to perform any of the combinations listed in the article (including the note about two 1/2 signal amplifiers).

I've updated the guide to no longer claim the Signal Relay is nodrop. This was changed in patch 18.6.2.
