I have updated the guide to add the tradeskill requirement; 6x the QL of the Smelly Liquid in Electrical Engineering. I've also added that you can buy Trimmer Casings up to QL 300 in neutral stores now. Originally they were only sold up to QL 220 by Penumbra Yuttos.

Can anyone post which item sets the quality of finished trimmer?

nvm ... found it on AOWiki, the casing sets the ql of the finished product.
However, another question. This guide says the trimmer casing must be at least 90% of the smelly liquid. What happens if the casing is higher than the Smelly liquid, does the casing still set the end quality? Could you use a ql 50 smelly liquid on a ql 200 casing to make a 200 finished trimmer?
