I've edited this guide to make the following changes:

• Updated the text about the Vehicle Air requirements. As of patch 18.6.16, they are significantly lower.
• Components are now bought from general stores, instead of tower shops.
• Corrected the order of the tradeskill processes.
• Corrected a few erroneous QLs in the example texts for the QL 160.
• Added a note that run speed determines how fast you fly, as of 18.7.
• Added a separate subtitle "Registering your Stiletto", to make it stand out as a separate part of the tradeskill process.

Added a note that the BSEC is from vehicle stores and not general stores.
