I have updated this guide with the following changes:
- Removed dead link to AO Trickle Down Calculator.
- Fixed dead link to implant helper.
- Fixed item references to the bureaucrat and nano-technician Ofab rings.
- Added highlights to the cluster overview to make them more noticable.
- Removed the tip that Improved Cut Red Tape buffs intelligence - it doesn't anymore.
- Added the Stripped Merit Board from the Reck.
- Added the Sigil of Samael.
- Updated the note on token boards; they go up to +275 CL now with awakened boards.
- Removed AI expansion requirement from Maria's fashion.
- Removed obsolete mentions about the Phasefront shop in the Newland Lake.
- Changed the notes on Ofab items from buyable in tower shops to buyable in the Unicorn Defense Hub.
- Corrected the note on the Superjolt of Snufle; it drops from dyna bosses, not trader mobs.

Maybe it is worth adding a note that Barter Body Armor can be worn by agents as well?

Sleeves of Material Command doesn't actually exist in game or there is no evidence of it anyway. They have been confused by Sable Sleeves of Fantasies a lot which do drop from LoTV/Catacombs but not these ones.

The info window for the Sleeves of Material Command says: Sleeves like these were supposedly used by the famous Master of Glass.
So the obvious question is: Has anyone come across an NPC that has anything to do with Glass?

These sleeves were meant to be introduced with patch 15.5 in 2004. Most likely, it would have been part of the (then) new dungeon, "The Crypt of Home", introduced in the same patch. These were highly anticipated in 2004 but it never manifested, neither then nor in the Collector's prized items.
Looks like they were added to the AOU guide back in the day based off an AOWiki NCU und CompLiter guide.
Item left in guide with a notation regarding its status not in game being non-existent.
Thank you KelticDanor!

The only other reference I can find on "The Master of Glass" is on the Murder Maul. It says:
Murder Maul's were used by members of Ukur Thog-Rommor's band of mercenary killers. Ukur Thog-Rommor was finally killed by the Master of Glass - and both sides rejoiced. Remaining members of his band spread to the outskirts of the world, where most of them disappeared.

So it would appear that the Master of Glass is most likely a Redeemed (or, because they're just like that, an Unredeemed) NPC...

Yeah, the description isn't particularly helpful, there hasn't been any sign of it so it's safe to say it isn't in game.

Meeeeh...
You still can't rule it out.
NPNCs are known to hide in tight little corners somewhere... lol

After 20+ years? I'm mean I get it, but a guide should probably learn towards suggesting things that are confirmed obtainable instead of theoretical loots right?

Because someone tells us they heard of or are pretty sure something is not available in the game doesn't mean it's true, or wasn't available in the past. There are players out there with 18-year-old items that no longer drop but were deleted from the loot table but are still in the database. So, some vet might have an item that isn't going to drop, sitting in a bank.
While we do lean towards suggesting things that are confirmed obtainable instead of theoretical loots, we can't make everyone happy. That's not our job. We are here to provide what we know, what we learn, as we can in a helpful way. That can required research. All of which we do on our own free time.
To help others, it's better to leave an item in a guide with a clear statement of its potential standing or lack thereof than to let players dig through Google for 4 years.
This guide was updated in 2020, I believe in 2022 and 2024. What in this guide do you feel isn't attainable that isn't marked as such? We'll take a gander to see what we missed.

I'm just talking in reference to the sleeves. I don't really mind that much, just trying to help.
