I have updated the guide with a screenshot and explanation on how to get to Serenity Islands from ICC HQ.

Does anyone knows how at lvl 125 pass through Rats daily mish? No evades, no heals...

Try get GSF and HnQ from your friendly neighbourhood fixer 
Maybe pull them in smaller numbers if you can't survice larger pulls.

The correct answer is to use a Yalm instead of run!
