at lvl 200: It is theoretically possible to combine "Sharpshooter's Chip" with "Kevlar Wool Balaclava Helmet". But you need at least 500 in Chemistry.

Thank you Keune, you are right!
I have updated the guide to change the requirement from 260 Chemistry to 2.5x the QL of the Balaclava in Chemistry.
Additionally, I updated the part on where to get the balaclava; as of 18.7, it is no longer sold in the fixer shop, but in any general store's armour terminal.
