I've updated the guide to add the Cortex of the Executioner to Neleb's loot table, and to update the picture of the map. Out of respect for our legendary Windguaerd, I want to preserve the old map here too:

Updated the guide to reflect that the Cortex of the Executioner drops from the Betrayer of Memory and not Neleb himself.
Added pic of Betrayer with loot.
Removed the Cortext of the Executioner from Neleb's loot base
Added that a team of 30-40s can take out Neleb easily when equipped well.

Added info on Neleb's respawn time.
