The deformed pieces can be obtained up to QL200 from "The Collector" instance. Also, as of patch 18.7.0 Mantis Armor now buffs all damage types instead of just energy and projectile! Neato!

Updated the guide to mention new places the materials can be looted from: the Collector and high level mantises in the Smugglers Den.
Also updated the bonuses overview to show the buffs to all damage types. Thanks to AO Setups.
