4/19/15 -- I did not receive gloves from the Tailor. Instead I received Battered Leather Armor Pants as a reward.

Thanks Angeltee, you're absolutely correct. I've updated the guide to mention that it can give different pieces of that set.

Besides that, I've added waypoints and fixed a few item references (the guide now correctly mentions Treatment Proficiency as a reward, and the internal item id for the Omni-Armed Forces Training Helmet was changed.)

Additionally, I've updated the pictures of Sydney Finn and the Bronto Drover Apprentice, to show off their shiny new clothing. For nostalgia, this what they looked like originally:

I received the gloves from the lieutenant to give to the tailor, but when i talk to the tailor he does not let me give them to him or talk about them ? i tried relogging, seems this quest is bugged.
