I just pulled the catacomb quests at level 191, so I'd assume these are locked to level 200 and below.
Didn't get the option to pull the Malah-Fama quest first though, so assuming this is locked at no higher than 190, probably 180.

I adjusted the level range based on your feedback.

I used my 190 MP and my 209 fixer for this quest.

The MP was NOT given the choice about "overcome your fear" but I could pull the quest in the catacombs.

The fixer could not speak to the Yutto at all.

The level range for the catacombs might be below 200. For the Malah below 190.

Also my level 161 doc could NOT get the Malah quest. The only dialog option was "I fear nothing" which leads to the catacombs quest.

Added confirmation to the guide for a level 200 being able to get the Catacombs mission.
Furthermore, a 150 can get the Malah-Fama Prophetess mission, but a 151 can't.
