My experiences differ from what's in the DOJA Play Guide:

- I have gotten DOJAs inside statics. Very very rare though. So rare in fact that it's only happened twice since they were introduced. Both of those were in Tinker Tower off of Dryads, about 2 years apart.
- Today I tried turning in an Adonis DOJA. I found the chip at level 159, popped it so it was in my Mission window for turn in. Then I went and leveled to 161.5 via other dailies and some hunting. When I went to turn in the Adonis DOJA the Dalquist dialog said "You found a DOJA from Penumbra" and would not let me turn it in.

Could have been some changes recently, we'll have a look at it
