Coordinates for Diviner Ocra Path-Yeol is wrong. It's actually at /waypoint 930 1540 4880.

I have updated the guide to make the following two changes:
  • Added a note about selecting the Old Beit Bones before picking them up.
  • Added a new screenshot of the Old Beit Bones. Thanks Starkness!
For those interested, Old Beit Bones originally looked like this:

They were then changed in patch 18.4.8 (October 2011) to look like a chest:

Updated to reflect the Great Mother and alter. Scepter must be r clicked in inventory, (NOT picked up and r clicked on alter), or it can glitch out and visually delete the scepter.

Fun fact, when trying to summon the Immature Voidling and Adolescent Voidling as a level 1, you get an error message saying you need to be level 2 or higher.

I was able to work around this by just trading the patterns to my friend helping me so they could summon them instead, since they aren't Nodrop!

Not sure if this is worthy enough to be the guide but its something I ran into so I figured I'd share.

When going into the static mission to get the old beit bones, many of the doors can often be locked. For lower level characters, it can take a hot minute to get to this mission area so double check you have a lockpick before you set out on your journey.

Corrected the waypoint and coordinates for Fortuitous Dom-Nar Roch It waypoint now points correctly to Fortuitous Dom-Nar Roch and not Fortuitous Dom-Fes Roch
